The shield won't appear on the blocked apps.

Screen Time / Family Controls permission must be granted on the child's iPhone. Open Settings → Screen Time and confirm ReDirect is listed and authorized. The simulator cannot honor Family Controls — a real iOS 16+ device is required.

I forgot my Kid Mode PIN.

The PIN is set during onboarding on the child's device. From the parent dashboard you can reset it under the child's profile and re-enter Kid Mode setup.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@redirectscreentime.org from the parent account's email address. We will delete the account and all associated child profiles, learning activity, and device tokens within 30 days.
